Grown from Sustainable Futures

A life-cast sculptural figure that discusses the intersections of Ecology, The Anthropocene and Ecofeminism. To explore the ecology and anxieties of what it means to exist and die during the Anthropocene, “Grown from Sustainable Futures” will encompass a human figure formed of mycelium, a biodegradable mushroom product that has been developed to reduce our impact on the planet.
