Tower of Babel is a sculptural sound installation utilizing instruments imitating speech mechanisms to create a sound environment that blurs the line between vocalization and texture. It is inspired by the story of the Tower of Babel and will be designed with an engineering student and a STAMPS student. The opening night will be an interdisciplinary dance and music performance in response.
